Caleb Chappell and Annie Hudson Whitt were farmers from Virgilina in Halifax County, Virginia. This scholarship was established in their names by their grandson, C. Grayson Whitt, to support students from Halifax County enrolled in the College’s Associate Degree in Nursing Program.
