Sergeant James F. Whitlow Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of James F. Whitlow, who served with the Kenbridge Police Department for over 30 years, by his daughter, Cassandra Whitlow Smith. Sergeant Whitlow was also a member of the National Police Bloodhound Association and served on the Governor’s Drug Task Force. It provides scholarships to students enrolled in the Administration of Justice program on the Christanna Campus. Preference is given to residents of Lunenburg County.
