Effie M. Smith Memorial Scholarship

Established in Mrs. Smith’s memory by her family, this fund recognizes her many years of dedication to the nursing profession as a Nursing Assistant. This scholarship supports students in the SVCC nurse aide program offered in Greensville County, with preference given to Emporia residents, followed by Greensville County residents.
